The Food SafetyModernization Act (FSMA)Produce Safety Rule is thefirst federally regulatedstandard for growing,harvesting, packing, andholding fresh produce in aneffort to reduce microbialcontamination and foodborneillness outbreaks.
If you grow fruits orvegetables, attend a trainingfor information about bestpractices, and regulatoryrequirements.

* must attend both half-days of instruction forcertificate
* $35 dollars for VA &TN and $100 for allother states
